Fiberon™ PETG-ESD offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety with improved toughness making it a good candidate for applications in electronics industry. It is compounded with carbon nanotubes that allow it to dissipate electrostatic charges thanks to its very low surface resistivity. This innate property offers protection to delicate electronics during the electronic assembly processes or when printing electronical housings.
Fiberon PETG-ESD 1.75 Black 3D printing filament offers reliable performance with no warping, jamming, or layer delamination issues. It provides excellent bed adhesion, consistent color, and precise dimensional accuracy, making it a worry-free choice for your 3D printing projects.

Print Settings
- Printing speed: 30mm/s -50mm/s
- All-metal hotend 250˚C+ recommended
- Bed Temperature: 70˚C – 80˚C
- Fan: 20%
- Dry settings: 65˚C for 6h
Additional Printing Information
To ensure the ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) property of printed parts when using Fiberon™ PETG-ESD, it is recommended to print at a minimum temperature of 250°C, moreover, because of the added carbon nanotubes, please use a hardened steel nozzle.
