Creality CFS-C Filament Dispenser

The Creality CFS-C is Creality’s latest multi-material filament management accessory, designed to feed up to four spools into compatible K-series printers for multicolour printing. Unlike the original CFS, the CFS-C uses a “no purge” design: instead of cutting the filament at the hot end and purging the old colour through the nozzle, the CFS-C pulls the filament back and cuts it at the unit itself. This means the hot end stays largely free of leftover material at each colour change, cutting down on waste and speeding up multicolour print jobs.

The CFS-C also brings a number of smart monitoring features to help keep prints running smoothly, including an external filament buffer, run-out sensors, tangle detection, automatic filament type and colour detection with genuine Creality filament, a cutter wear monitor, and a built-in temperature and humidity display.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The CFS-C does not include filament drying functionality.
• Cut filament offcuts collect in the unit’s internal basket and need to be emptied periodically.
• Automatic filament type/colour detection works with genuine Creality filament.
