The Falcon2 22W uses four 6W diode laser modules combined into a single 22W optical output, giving it enough power to cut up to 15mm wood and 10mm acrylic in a single pass, while still being precise enough for fine detail engraving. A tightly focused 0.08 × 0.1mm laser spot keeps lines crisp, and the machine can also mark stainless steel, including limited colour engraving through thermal reaction on the metal surface.

Assembly is designed to take just three steps, and the base includes adjustable mounting holes so the machine can be set to different table heights. An integrated air assist system — adjustable via a manual knob or controlled automatically through LightBurn — helps clear smoke and debris during cutting for cleaner edges and better visibility of the work area.

For safety, the Falcon2 22W includes triple monitoring (air, fire, and lens) along with five safety protections, including an emergency stop, a physical power switch, and an active stop function that detects tilting or drops.
